Two-thirds of the global population will live in urban areas by 2025, meaning we’re living closer together than ever. However, living in close proximity doesn’t mean we automatically feel connected to those around us. Considerate architecture can activate spaces, boosting inclusivity and spontaneous interactions to enhance social cohesion and wellbeing.

OPTIMIZE ENERGY PERFORMANCE
Floor-to-ceiling windows and clerestory windows allow more sunlight to go inside, opening up your space with more light and expansive views. And each unit is placed on the best location on site and appropriate overhang length to optimize energy performance. For example, the largest glazing will face southward with large overhangs, so the sun will enter the building in the winter when the sun is low in the sky. But they are shaded in the summer when the sun is high.In addition, UNION built renewable energy systems on-site, so it improves the energy efficiency of our community.
